Emily James heads up this team that has a fantastic track record placing people at all levels in industries ranging across FMCG, telecoms, distribution, manufacturing and service. Having spent over six years in recruitment she is able to instill her highly honed expertise in all the consultants she manages and as a result has developed an extremely proficient and competent team. Office

Our Office sector has successfully built up an enviable base of candidates and clients and as a result has the unique advantage of knowing the processes involved on both sides of the fence inside-out. Our consultants’ ability to empathise with the perspectives of clients and candidates alike has allowed them to develop excellent long-term relationships in this sector. Having worked on a diverse range of vacancies across the sectors such as Finance, Legal, Property, Construction and Customer Service, this division is adept at adapting their skill in recruitment to any situation. We are proud of the fact that we make it an utmost priority to meet with everyone we put forward for a vacancy, whilst regularly liaising with employers in order to accommodate any changing requirements. Retail

Our Retail team, lead by Adam Cooper, boasts an incredible amount of experience that stems from the combination of his six years in recruitment and ten years in retail management. Priding himself on working proactively and highly efficiently, it is these qualities that have enabled him to manage national vacancies that span across every area of the retail sector. His specialisations encompass everything from big brand, high street retailers with multi-million turnovers to independent boutiques with a highly specific clientele. Possessing comprehensive knowledge that is inclusive of the complete marketing mix, Julie’s main clients lie within agency and client-side and range across advertising and PR, to direct marketing and digital and everything in between, with her regularly placing at every level. The emphasis on tailoring all efforts to meet the needs of the individual, no matter how specific these may be, is never lost with this sector. The quality of service undoubtedly reflects such a work ethic and is what has won Julie and her team a wealth of long-term clients as well as continual new business.
